安徽安利材料科技股份有限公司成立于1994年，地处***安徽省合肥市经济技术开发区，主要生产经营生态功能性聚氨酯合成革，下有一家控股子公司合肥安利聚氨酯新材料有限公司，主要生产经营聚氨酯树脂，所生产的产品是高分子复合材料，属新材料产业。安利主要工艺技术设备国际领先，是目前全国专业研发生产生态功能性聚氨酯合成革的企业，位列“中国轻工业塑料行业（人造革合成革）十强企业”综合排序**名。2011年在深交所上市。

公司现拥有员工2600人，其中硕士、博士47人，技术研发人员263。公司员工中拥有大专以上学历的人员超过公司员工总数的33%。目前，公司拥有总资产约15.6亿元人民币、净资产约9.2亿元人民币；现拥有办公、厂房建筑面积24万平方米，干湿法合成革生产线32条，具有年产聚氨酯合成革6500万米、聚氨酯树脂5.5万吨/年的生产经营能力。2014年，公司计划形成干湿法线40条、年产聚氨酯合成革8850万米、年产聚氨酯树脂7万吨的生产经营能力。

Anhui Anli Material Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994. It is located in the state-level economic-technological development district of Hefei city, Anhui Province. The company mainly focuses on the research and development of ecological functional polyurethane synthetic leather and has a holding subsidiary ‑‑ Hefei Polyurethane New Material Co., Ltd. with main product  polyurethane resin. The high polymer composite material products belong to the new material industry. Provided with global advanced technical equipment, Anli has become the largest enterprise in China ecological functional polyurethane synthetic leather field and comprehensively ranked the 1st of the 10 Top Enterprises in Artificial and Synthetic Leather of China light industry. It is also one of the listed companies at China Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
